Lubricating oil replacement

When maintaining, first drain the refrigerant in the crankcase, then inject special lubricating oil through the oil suction pipe. Observe the oil level indicator to a safe range to avoid cylinder jamming due to insufficient lubrication.

Troubleshooting

Not working: Check the power supply of the electromagnetic clutch (such as relay fault code P0645/P15A4), refrigerant leakage or abnormal pressure (high and low pressure imbalance).
Abnormal noise: It may be due to worn bearings or loose pulleys. The pump head clutch assembly needs to be disassembled and inspected.

Refrigerant management
