Inspection of compressor belt

If the surface of the belt is bright and there is a "squeaking" noise when starting the air conditioner, it indicates that the belt is slipping and needs to be replaced or the tension adjusted in time (the normal tension is about 376N±50N. You can turn the belt by hand; if it can be flipped 90 degrees, the tension is basically normal).

Refrigerant and pipeline inspection

Check the refrigerant level through the sight hole of the dryer or measure the pressure with a manifold pressure gauge to ensure that the refrigerant is sufficient and there is no leakage. (Oil stains at the pipe joints may indicate leakage and need to be repaired in time.)
Only use Toyota-specific refrigerants (such as R134a) and refrigeration oil to avoid system damage caused by mixed use.

System cleaning

Regularly clean the surface of the condenser (avoid using high-pressure water guns to prevent deformation of the heat dissipation fins) and the air conditioning filter (it is recommended to replace them every 10,000 to 20,000 kilometers) to ensure smooth heat dissipation and air intake.

Long-term maintenance out of service

After the refrigeration system is shut down, start the compressor and let it run for 5 minutes every two weeks to prevent the internal components from developing "cold welding" or rusting due to long-term inactivity.
